How to order your 7.3 Release of aspenONE V7
The 7.3 release of
aspenONE V7 is available upon request starting
Monday, May 16, 2011.
To take advantage of this upgrade, you must hold a
valid license for the software and a current Software Maintenance and Support
(SMS) agreement. If
your company controls software deployment centrally, please contact your IT
department.
Only
designated contacts who are authorized by your company to request AspenTech
software upgrades should complete the aspenONE V7.3 Upgrade Request Form by using their AspenTech Web Support
Account. Upon verification of current
license, SMS and valid credit status, AspenTech will ship the 7.3 Release DVDs to the Ship To location which was pre-determined by your company. Please review the Entitlement Criteria for Upgrades.
We will
process Upgrade Requests on a first come first served basis. Due to the expected high volume of requests
for the 7.3 release of aspenONE V7, please allow up to two to three weeks for verification and processing.
For
products that require a new license key the turnaround time may be lengthened due to additional
license configuration information which will be requested during the
fulfillment process.
